T1: It is the document that allows the circulation of commercial goods between European Union countries and EFTA countries (European Free Trade Association – Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or the movement of goods belonging to non-Union countries between Union countries.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO GET A CERTIFICATE OF TRANSITION
According to the Road Transport Regulation, “C type, L2, M3” authorization certificate holders are required to submit the following documents to the relevant distribution offices from which they will exit, in order to obtain a transit document for self-owned or contracted vehicles registered in the vehicle document.
1- Petition (The route and requested documents will be specified)
2- The original or photocopy of the notarized power of attorney signed by the company official or officials, so that the vehicle drivers can carry out the procedures related to the pass on behalf of the company.
3- Customs stamped, stamped and signed original of any of the TIR Carnet, ATA Carnet, Transit Customs Declaration where customs clearance is made, Transit Accompanyment Document (T1/T2) or Customs Exit Declaration with the attached Transit Security Item list and MNR number, customs stamped and signed copy .
4- Return of used or unused return documents allocated to the vehicle for the previous trip, if any.
DISTRIBUTION OF TRANSITION DOCUMENTS
1- Transition Certificates are only allocated to vehicles registered in C type, L2 and M3 authorization certificates.
2– Transition Documents are issued for “truck”, “truck+trailer”, “tractor+semi-trailer” or “semi-trailers”.
3 – The distribution of the Transition Documents is made according to the specified routes and to the vehicles that comply with the conditions specified in these principles.
4- In accordance with the sixth paragraph of Article 66 of the Road Transport Regulation, except bilateral transports to be made by using specially equipped vehicles manufactured for auto transports and special transports, and vehicles with a load capacity of 3.5 tons and above in transports to neighboring countries with land border gates. Vehicles with a load limit of less than 10 tons are not given a pass.
5- If it is requested to be used in the return load of vehicles that carry out transports for which documents such as exhibitions, fair materials and household goods for which a pass will not be required as per bilateral agreements, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Austria, Italy pass documents, Hungary free and Romania free pass. other country transition documents are issued.
6- In the allocation of all the transit documents obtained from the countries to the transporter company vehicles, excluding the return load, only the company stamp should be stamped on the document.

8- Vehicles that will exit abroad must first obtain a transit document and documents from the relevant distribution offices, and then have their customs exit registration (registration) procedures done.
