It is based on the Hatha Yoga Primary Series and Vinyasa Flow.
The roots of our 200 hour yoga teacher training certification programme may be found in some Hatha Yoga style practices that date at least to the first century CE. Both the Vinyasa Flow and the main Hatha Vinyasa Primary series are used for the asana segment. Our comprehensive curriculum includes a lot of teaching practice as well as asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, alignment, and adjustment. Along with the Hatha Yoga Primary series, you will discover different Vinyasa flows and discover how to create your own Vinyasa Flow sequences.
Even though we follow classic teachings, our methods are contemporary and unconventional.
