Pastor 7 Atlanta is the creator and director of 7 Bridges to Recovery. 7 Bridges to Recovery is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the lost and broken in Atlanta. We shelter, feed, and support women, children, men, and veterans in rebuilding their lives with Jesus.
Based on Isaiah 58:6-8, our Mission is to abolish homelessness in Atlanta, then in Georgia, then in the United States, and finally in the globe, one person at a time, with the love of Christ. We are Jesus' Rescue Team!
We walk beneath Atlanta's bridges and into the Bluff (Atlanta's largest crack cocaine and prostitution district), where we feed and address physical necessities to share Christ and eventually get the homeless off the streets.
We have a home for 105 women and children and a program for 25 men saved from the streets. These men and women continue to walk out into the streets frequently every week to reach out to the lost.
There are over 21,000 homeless people in Atlanta alone, with only 3000 beds available, and shelters are going down regularly owing to a lack of money. The need is immense, and Pastor 7 Atlanta is responsible as the Church, not the government, to care for the poor.
Every day of the week, Pastor 7 Atlanta serves three meals to 125 people. He has no budget, no fixed menu, and no idea where his food will come from, so he relies on God to supply every day. Every Friday at 7 p.m., he prepares 600 meals for Saturday's street ministry and invites small groups, families, and individuals to join! This service opportunity does not need an RSV.
Support us with our Mission:
You can help 7 Bridges of recovery by choosing us to do one of the following services.
- Hauling
- House Cleaning
- Storage Unit Cleaning
- Unwanted vehicles have been removed.
- Almost Any Removal Service
We are not a seven-step process. Those who want to recover must be willing to submit to God's authority. We are not a shelter but rather a ministry.
Men must agree to participate in a discipleship program for one year. During that period, men are not permitted to work.
Women must commit to staying on the property for the first 90 days and will not be permitted to leave for any reason. Women are supposed to attend bible study three times a day, with no exceptions. The men's and women's programs are both FREE. There is no fee, only a commitment to the program.
As Jesus' servants, we reach out to our community's least, last, and lost. Seven Bridges God's ministry runs daily to offer hundreds of individuals food, clothes, and prayer each week.
