I love this rice, and I'm amazed that I do. At first, I thought it was too lightweight and fluffy, as the basmati rice I had been eating has larger rice and is more moist and chewy. But it didn't take long for this rice to really grow on me. I find it “elegant” and graceful and a joy to eat. I don't find it overly aromatic, but I think it's still delicious. I was originally looking for long grain basmati rice grown in Pakistan in the Himalayas. It's my understanding that it has special nutritional qualities. This is the basmati I chose to buy. At any rate, this is elegant, tender, fine, and lovely rice, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
I was apprehensive about this rice after reading some of the reviews, however, I think those buyers must have received a bad batch. This rice is delicious. I would say some of the best Basmati rice I've ever had! It's a great value also. so glad I ordered it! Once, you have used this rice, you will never want to eat any other kind of rice.
