LET’S START MAKING CHOCOLATE PIÑATA MOULD-

Let us first start making the mould because by the time it is ready to become solid, by then we will be making the cake.

Step 1: To make the cake smash or mould, first take dark and white chocolate together and put it in a bowl. Melt them until they get mixed and smooth. For melting, you can melt it with a microwave oven for 30 minutes or by a double boiler method.

Step 2: Now take a smash mould. You don’t need to grease it because the texture of mould is greasy, but If you want then you can spread a little amount of butter on it.

Step 3: Pour melted chocolate on the piñata mould. Swirl it to cover all the edges of the mould. Pour off extra chocolate liquid and put it in a refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Take out from the refrigerator and again pour the melted chocolate to double coating and make it thick. Repeat the process once more.

Step 5: Now once again take it out from the refrigerator, pour more chocolate and now freeze this mould for 30 minutes in your refrigerator. After 30 min, you will see the piñata mould is ready to use. Now Peel it carefully otherwise chocolate can break out from the centre.

BONUS TIP:

Here, in this chocolate cake recipe we tell you to make piñata mould with mixing of dark and white chocolate all together. But if you desire you can make it separate. For example, Take dark chocolate and make a paste of it by melting it. Now Take white chocolate and make a paste of it by melting as well. And use only the round shape of the mould.

After freezing, it will become two semi-circle balls of two different colours. Now cover your cake with these two semi-circles and decorate your cake as a ground ball.
