Each year 1.25 million people die from road crashes and tens of millions more are seriously injured or disabled. To commemorate those lives, the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims will be held on Sunday, November 19 with memorials, concerts, vigils, and candle lighting ceremonies.
