Only tetrahedral PSCs cannot self-assemble into crystals, but we show that preassembled Ku crystals (whose halo particles are in a dense face-centered cubic lattice with a rhomboid central particle) remain stable at high densities and coalesce into hexagonal shapes of decreasing density part.
