You have to pay around £ 29 to 129 for a gas safety certificate. It depends on the number of your gas appliances. This price includes a device (ie a gas boiler). The costs of the certificate increase for each additional gas appliance on the site (for example a gas fire or a plate).

If you own a property portfolio or run a rental agent, you may be able to negotiate a better rate. Expect to negotiate an agreement between 10-20% of the cost of individual real estate, for more than 10 real estate per year.

Your gas safety check does not include any service or repair. If there is a problem with a device or a line that feeds that device, this must be corrected. And the engineer will solve every problem, but at an additional cost for CP12.
