American singing reality competition television program The Voice is shown on NBC. On April 26, 2011, it made its television debut during the spring season. It has twenty-one seasons and is based on the original The Voice of Holland. It is a part of the Voice franchise and seeks to discover unsigned singing talent (solo or duets, professional and amateur) from hopeful singers, aged 13 and above, selected from open auditions.
Voting through phone, internet, SMS text, and iTunes store purchases of the vocal performances after the voice episodes of the audio-recorded artists is used to choose the winner. As a prize for winning the contest, they get $100,000 and a record deal with Universal Music Group.

The Voice, an American reality television program, debuted its twenty-second season on NBC on September 19, 2022. For their 22nd and 7th seasons as coaches, respectively, Blake Shelton and John Legend made a comeback. For her sixth season as a coach, Gwen Stefani, who quit after season 19, is back. This season, Camila Cabello made her debut as a coach. For his 22nd season as host, Carson Daly made a comeback.

Beginning on Monday, September 19, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, The Voice season 22 will premiere. It will also air on Tuesdays at the same time as in prior seasons. This is useful in the early episodes of the season when the judges are selecting the fortunate few to join their teams from among thousands of hopeful contestants.
