To abolish this trauma of the poor people's lives, ISFH Foundation conducts Free Skill Development Training at Ranchi, Jharkhand, for the financially weak section youth. The list of programs trained at free of cost is Spoken English, DTP, DCA, and Advanced Tally. These courses are primarily for upskilling underprivileged people to get a well-qualified job.
