Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s upcoming movie Yashoda, in which she performed her stunts on her own and there was no body double used during the action scenes in the movie.
According to action director Yannick Ben, Samantha performed all her stunts without any complaints. Along with hand-to-hand combat, other martial arts have been used for action scenes. Ben worked for many Hollywood and Bollywood movies and also previously worked with Samantha as her action choreographer for The Family Man 2 web series. He has choreographed stunts for Hollywood movies like Transporter 3, Paris by Night of Living Dead, Project 7, City Hunter, Christopher Nolan films Inception, Dunkirk, Salman’s Tiger Zinda Hai, Shahrukh Khan’s Raees, Mahesh Babu’s 1 – Nenokkadine, Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi.

Ben further said, Samantha is incredibly committed and she is always ready to learn and extend a kind gesture.
Samantha’s upcoming movie Yashoda will be scheduled to hit on the big screens on 11th November 2022. The movie is directed by newcomer directors Hari and Harish. In the thriller action-drama movie, Samantha is playing the role of a surrogate mother and Sridevi movies are funding this film.

This new-age thriller movie will release in five Indian languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
