How do we implement JD Edwards?
- Exploration:
Exploration is the first phase for the implementation of JD Edwards software. We spend time performing with everyone, from management to end-users, to review business processes and talk through the present pain points and reasons for your transition. Once we have been engaged with our architects, then we begin documenting everything from users to security, data migration, and system functionality.
- Complexity:
Complexity is the second phase for the implementation of JD Edwards software. In this process, we engage with your team in order to begin the process of documenting the complexness of your present software and how we’re going to execute JD Edwards against them. We will review data migrations, system integrations, data quality and clean-up tools, and more in these workshops.
- Functionality:
Functionality is the Third phase for the implementation of JD Edwards software. In this process, we will check the Functionality by going through business cycles, training, process structure, and best practices, in the detailed information around how we are going to implement everything else that users can touch and use it.
- Execution (Implementation):
Before implementation, we will measure twice and configure it after that we will execute the fourth phase in which we will implement the JD Edwards software by moving some KB of data. This is the most essential part of the execution. The essential work is done in this stage. During this section, we are working on our process of agile-fall to do the execution.
- Testing:
Once we’ve gone through the initial phase of the execution, now it’s time to begin the process of testing and user adoption. Testing is the last phase in the implementation of JD Edwards. This is done through our special process of a multi-point inspection of each essential function. From there, we have been moved to a standard UX/UI and UAT process for each of the sprints to assure the best quality and that there are no displays issues.
