When you book a JetBlue flight, you'll choose between several fare options — Blue Basic, Blue, Blue Plus or Blue Extra. These fare options also apply to TrueBlue redemption bookings, with the exception of Blue Basic.

- Blue Basic fares aren't eligible for voluntary changes or cancellation.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If your travel was booked seven days or more before the scheduled departure date, you've got 24 hours from the time the booking was made to cancel your reservation without being charged a cancellation fee. the whole booking must be cancelled to qualify (not applicable for JetBlue Vacations reservations).
Bookings that are changed aren't eligible for a refund to the first sort of payment and are subject to a per-person cancellation fee, no matter being within 24 hours of the first booking.
