HRD 5 Star Award for Learning and Development

Last weekend was Fathers Day in Australia so I was thinking of my Dad who pass over 20 years ago a lot last week. He was my biggest supporter growing up.

Which is why it was extremely poignant to me that, on what would have been my dad’s 85th birthday (9/9/21), I received the 5 Star Award for Learning and Development from HR Director Magazine.

This award was a HUGE honor because it’s not something that I applied for. Nor is it something you can be nominated for.

5 Star Awards: Learning and Development

This award is given based on a 15 week research project where HRD Magazine interviewed hundreds of HR Practitioners and surveyed thousands more online about the Learning and Development providers in the market. This was combined with extensive research on Google where they looked at the breadth and depth of offerings to develop the final award winners.
