Due to the failing wastewater infrastructure, municipalities are employing permeable pavement more and more. It is typically utilized when temporary or permanent parking or roads are required. Additionally, it can be utilized for driveways, long-term parking, open-air parking, and erosion control. Permeable pavement does not require specialized machinery, unlike expensive, challenging-to-install asphalt or concrete surfaces. Before laying down a layer of rock as a foundation and setting up the grids for permeable pavements, the area must first be cleared of all vegetation and leveled. By filling the established grids with gravel or limestone, a sturdy and long-lasting surface is produced.
