The lead screw it's actually Metal Corner Bracket pretty hard to find the taps for the trapezoidal lead screws but you can't find them on eBay there just take a while to get there I actually really like the design of the open builds antibac question it is very secure surprisingly rigid but it's still pretty low friction which is nice little bottom bits of the hold I also realized that I had the camera set up not great for this operation since it was pointed just at the back you can't see what's going on so like I said a lot of this is just gonna be our cutting at first but you know they see better with that vehicle ramp looks like here's the final part it's tough to see the finish here.
But you might be able to see if they turn around along those back flat sides one of them as better finish than the other I mean just here's a to show the scale and the showed one more close-up with the final part looks like this is a 3d bearing it a little bit that's all I could feel when it caught the feeler gauge what I'm doing instead is something that I saw on some other channels on YouTube and it's actually using a 1/2 inch gauge pin and holding it up against the work and between the work on the tool and then jogging the machine slowly away from the work until the pin falls through and I found that to be very repeatable.
Rip you know it's rather again you know when you're doing metal work there's a fewer spec of metalwork and you know you pick up tricks as you go along and some things that you work on going to be really annoying and there are some simple tricks that you can use to make life a lot simpler and I've got a lot of simple tricks but I don't really often put a map because shop with YouTube is you don't know whether the people that are viewing your are experienced in experience to what and judging by the comments I get a lot of people are very experienced and they probably get a bit of enjoyment just watching stuff.
