Noah Wealth, founded in 2005, received investment from Sequoia Capital in 2007, and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010. It is the first independent wealth management institution in mainland China to be listed in the United States (stock code: NOAH), and the first to create a dual wheel drive business model for wealth management and asset management. Its member companies have continuously obtained financial licenses and qualifications related to business development from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission, It is also the first wealth management company in China to receive a S&P rating of “investment grade”.

In 2022, Noah Wealth successfully went public again on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 6686), becoming the first independent wealth management company in China to achieve dual listings on the Hong Kong and US stock markets. Noah Wealth's main business is divided into three major parts: wealth management, asset management, and other businesses.
