Even if you're arguing about OSRS GP raw power versus practicality the power doesn't take precedence over the challenges that melee can pose. It's like having to choose between an iron bar or the gun. The bar can cause more harm if it is hit hard enough, however the gun is still efficient.

One of the main advantages of melee is its price. The upgraded excalibur, Saradomin godsword and other items provide healing capabilities. You will need to change to the ancients in order to gain such an ability, and must make use of blood spells. This is only applicable to low- to medium skilled players. It doesn't matter the amount you spend on scrimshaws, auras, or harmful weapons.

They are, in my opinion, perfectly acceptable. They include the accomplishment of all RuneScape tasks. There are, however, some unusual ones. “The Annihilator” is the title. Is that post-quest content? Or a title of a brand new slayer? If there's post-quest material, it might make sense.

These do not include the completion or all of RuneScape's content. These are side objectives which allow you to gain skills or experience that you have already learned for Completionist Cape 99. There are also other ways to train that make them an option. They are best only for the Trimmed Cape.

The Trimmed Cape is, for cheap OSRS gold all intents, the base Comp Cape. But it comes with the requirement of completing every RuneScape minigame. (With some other extras that the player can complete by unlocking secret lore such as the Dragonkin journals from QBD are a good example as do the Scabarite research notes) However, it's also flawed as post-quest content is spread across both capes.
