Ray Mirra is the owner and founder of Ray Mirra Sports in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The college specializes in providing fun, affordable exercise programs for college students. Th first class he developed was called “Growlers' Garage”, a training program to help build muscle, speed, and agility. The classes are divided up into specific sections based on the sport, the student is involved with. The first section focuses on general wellness, stretching exercises, weight-lifting workouts, and core strength exercises.

In the summer Ray will offer baseball and softball camps. These camp sessions are open to all ages, but most notably kids twelve years old and under.
