Regression Testing Services : After a patch or bug fixes during normal software development cycles, a system should be Regression Tested using manual or automated regression testing to ensure that the applied changes didn’t adversely affect other parts of the system. These issues could be functional, non-functional, or even aesthetic. Far too often, by fixing one issue the development teams can introduce defects somewhere else in the software. These unintentional side-effects within the application can do damage to a company name by causing the users to lose trust in the software application. The purpose of incorporating a regression test process into the quality assurance process is to make sure that any modification done has had only positive results and that the application still meets the requirements.
