The Solar Africa 2023 Expo is a platform where solar and renewable energy players meet to discuss ways to fulfil the green energy and particularly minigrid needs of Kenya and the wider East and Central African regions. Kenya is leading a regional transformation by committing US$ 2.1BN to mini-grids to augment exponential growth in electrification since 2013, setting the tone for other countries in the region, notably Eritrea. Industry players from 20+ countries are expected to attend in 2023.
