A BioBag is not meant to last forever. It is meant to collect organic waste and be turned into compost along with organic waste.
BioBags are made of a compostable bioplastic Mater-Bi created by @Novamont research. A world leader in the bioplastics sector and the development of biochemicals and bioproducts from renewable origins.
Mater-Bi has similar characteristics as traditional plastics, but the difference is that it comes from nature and can return to nature. Both Mater-Bi and our BioBags are certified compostable and biodegradable according to the European Standard EN 13432.
Because a BioBag are made of Mater-Bi, the bag can start to break down when exposed to microorganisms that are found in the ground and in organic waste and return important nutrients back to soil.

- Use within one year of purchase
- Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat.
- Change out your used BioBag every 3-5 days
