ZOCON EYE DROPS contains Fluconazole which belongs to a group of medicines called Antifungals. It is used to treat fungal or yeast eye/ear infections, such as candidiasis caused by candida.ZOCON EYE DROPS treats fungal keratitis (infection of the cornea) and filamentous mycotic keratitis (sight-threatening diseases cause by fungi). It can also be used to treat otomycosis (outer ear canal infection).
Before using ZOCON EYE DROPS inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, lung or heart diseases. ZOCON EYE DROPS should be used in pregnant women only if considered clearly necessary and is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult with your doctor before using. ZOCON EYE DROPS should not be used in children below 13 years of age.The most common side effects of using ZOCON EYE DROPS are irritation or stinging sensation, diarrhoea and headache. Consult with your doctor if any of these worsen or doesn’t improve.
